My Happiness Jar

Today I learned about “My Happiness Jar”

Every time you enjoy doing something alone, write the activity on a piece of paper.

Drop it in a container and label it “My Happiness Jar.’

If you are bored, feeling blue, or stressed, simply draw a random slip of paper from this jar and do what is written.
